Join us either in person or join us live and online - on Tuesday 18th at 7:00 PM (doors open at 6:30 PM) at Circle Studios to help build Tanushka's NHS manifesto.
This event is part of a series of public meetings and workshops for independent parliamentary candidate for Hove and Portslade, Tanushka Mariah. The manifesto is evolved and developed at these public campaign assemblies. Tanushka is here to represent Hove and Portslade constituents views and your voice, opion and expertise is crucial as an equal partner in building what she stands for. We will hear from local experts and people with experience, then discuss together the granular detail of what health care for us all is needed. Lets inform and formulate together.

The NHS is being privatised by the Conservatives, and Labour wants to continue this policy. We need to end NHS privatisation and restore pay levels for all our NHS workers to halt the exodus of doctors and nurses to other countries and out of the health service. To fund this, we propose raising corporation tax, closing tax loopholes, and introducing a tax on the wealthiest 1% to raise billions to restore our public services. We also need to build a National Care Service to end the crisis of elderly care and restore special needs and mental health services.
This campaign is about writing a manifesto together, created by the community. Bring your experience to the table and have your say.
Please be aware that this event will be streamed live on UNSPUN.online and it's social media platforms.
